Interlocking Towers

Looking for help on the Cornish Railway re Interlocking towers.
I'm trying run a train from Par to Newquay, the train starts off ok until it meets a signal under SB40
under control of St Blazey Tower 07. The Properties tab seems ok, changing auto to Proceed makes no difference. (couldn't a way to attach photos)

The route uses pguy's Missioncode rule to automatically set towers paths. If you use my template session you can use the driver commands SetMissionCode then select "Newquay - PAR to NQY" then use the ITMCAssignNextPath driver command. This should automatically set the paths for the Par, St Blazey and Goonbarrow towers as you approch them.
