Ok today right I bought the game Trainz Railroad Simulator I put the disk in but it doesn't load? It's like I didn't even put the disk in why is this happening?????
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
Some CD/DVD drives fail to read the Auto run file on discs. Reboat your computer, put the disk in when the machine has rebooted, not before and try again.
If that fails, go to My Computer, look for your CD/DVD drive. Right click the icon and select "Explore" from the dropdown window.
Double click the Setup.exe icon. If you only see files named Setup, choose the icon that consists of a blue background and two white arrow heads. If you don't have that one, double click each setup file until one works.

I can't be more specific because you did not list what version you are having trouble with. Stay with us, and we'll get you through this.
I think I know why but I still need help.
I have other games that are DVD roms and so is this one. My CD-ROM isn't fault b/c others load. For some reason it never loads DVD-ROMS but it's made for that any help with this one?
Read my original post again and follow the instructions to the letter. If you access the disk via My Computer using the Explore function, you MUST see a file called SETUP. Double click it and then tell me it doesn't load up. If there's more than one SETUP, try them all.
If there's no file called SETUP you do not have a Trainz program disc.
What do you mean by this:
"I bought a small casing called Trainz Railroad simulator and it only has 1 disk."
Is it a new program or second hand?
What's the device name of the CD/DVD drive listed as in Device Manager? Does Device Manager say it's working ok or not?
To get into Device Manager:
Right-click My Computer
Properties
Hardware
Device Manager
In Device Manager, click the + sign to the left of CDROM. In the resulting list of optical drives (there may more only one or more than one), right-click the drive in question, then Properties.
Don't change anything in there, at least for the time being.
Sorry if any/all of this is obvious, I don't know how much you know.
