Importing sounds into Trainz 2004

OK guys, help required.

I intend to use some of the announcements from this site (http://www.haltestellenansage.de/ansagen/u/berlin/berlinu_en.htm) for my own personal use on the Berlin U-Bahn route.

Question is, I don't know where these sounds need to be put in the TRS2004 folder and I don't know how I would import these sounds into Trainz.

Check the TRS04 Content Creators Guide and you will get in it information of how to attach and configure sounds. In effect what is required, you need to convert these .mp3 files into a particular format of a .wav format (check CCG) and attach these various sounds via attachment points to, say, a building, post, track, object or whatever along your tram line or in your case to a tram stop sign or similar.

To attach an attachment point needed to each object you want to do this is to use PEV's excellent attachment point maker (search this forum where to get it) to get attachment points on these objects where needed and in each object's config.txt one needs to alter it to accommodate the sound entries needed as per TRS04 CCG instructions.
Simple really .
