And I use CD Explorer to open Asset packs as large as One Gig where Trainz has a tizzy fit and won't allow it!

And I use CD Explorer to open Asset packs as large as One Gig where Trainz has a tizzy fit and won't allow it!.. thankz blue for the propeller suggestion .. i needed it last week : i did "export to cdp" all the "installed from dls" and "modified" from older versions (ts12, t:ane, tmr17) ..
cdp explorer 4.1 (latest version) can handle multiple cdps, with each single cdp max 4 gig (!) .. in my "hurry" i did a bulk of >9.000 assets .. took some time but there was a fast connection between the ssd drives ..
the largest cdp i made with trainz+ was 10 gig, so i had to redo it in smaller parts in order to meet the limit of cdp explorer ..
.. i'm "finished" now with inventorizing and can lean back in satisfaction (music in the background), enjoying the sim again .. only some maintenance when i get some new downloads ..
