I Year Annual Member - Where Is My TRS22PE

I just purchased the 1 year subscription of TRS22 Plus and I am supposed to get TRS22PE for free, forever but it hasn't given my a link to download TRS22PE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to My Trainz
Look on the left and under Product Downloads.

TRS22PE should be there, it is for me.

Did you just renew? That might be the difference. I renewed back on December 2nd.

You may need to contact the helpdesk.

Yes, I did renew from monthly to a year subscription.
