I have no Driver Commands in my trs 2009 ??

I've just bought 2009 and while testing it to gain an opinion of it, I've discovered that there are no driver commands.

In the driver commands box it just says

Error PropertyBrowser Refresh not Handled

A Script error has occurred while attempting to edit the properties of this asset

Just to note, I've not attempted to edit any script.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction to correct this problem.
