how to open KIN file

or anyway?

As far as I'm aware there is no way. I may be wrong though if anybody has made a "Trainz Animation Viewer" too.

i searched Trainz Animation Viewer on google and some things came up ill take a look

The speed is controlled by the bogey config.txt file, the line "animdist n" where "n" is the distances the wheel moves in one revaluation. This is normally around 2 to 6. TS19 has/had a bug so if you are using TS19 do not fix.
Note Pad will open a KIN you just can not read what is there.
