How to install paid (and registered) DLC "Murchison 2" in TRS 2019?

The layout itself is about 97 - 98% finished. Michael's currently working on finishing off the signaling & level crossing setups. He hasn't started on the "Sessions" as yet. I'm not to sure how long they are going to take him, so still no confirmed ETA!!! Once completed, it's going off to N3V for approval. (latest beta looks absolutely amazing). The detailing over such a large layout IMHO, is just incredible.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Mac...

@meatloaf747 > I don't suppose any screenshots can be seen yet?

Probably will never happen
M3 Tane version is out with a few "Beta Testers" as I write. Sessions are being "worked on" right know. Then it will be migrated to TS2019, with some important 19 touch ups/updates...

Tom, think of it as a fine wine or a fine cheese. They both take time to properly mature. Be patient, as I know 2025 is going to be a good vintage year!!!

Happy Trainzing,

Cheers, Mac...

As a comparison, my current project started in 2005 or 2006 (I forget which) and is now (finally) nearing completion** for TRS22.

** "nearing completion" means many different things. I hope to have it out on the DLS later this year - but I also thought that last year, and the year before :)

My January 2004 route will be completed soon(tm). Soon(tm) being a relative thing in model railroading and in Trainz.

I know all this, I joined Auran Trainz about a year after they started.
Computer deaths and other matters seen me back to Trainz as a newbie again as I'm no longer that mobile being 80 years old. Apologies for being an impatient old fart, smiles....

Looks like we have veered well away from the thread topic of DLC for Murchison 2.

Re Murchison 3, I think Michael had pretty much finished building the route by January 2025, because at that time we (various beta testers) were tasked with running a particular test Session and recording frame-rates. He used the results to correlate performance with scenery density, in-game view settings and graphics card specs.

Here's a screenie I took in late 2024 when I was making some NZ-style road signs for the route. It doesn't reveal too much but at least shows you it's real, not a myth.

I've been a big fan of Michael's work for 20+ years. Will this be Trainz Store DLC or sold directly by Michael? Any discussion on pricing?
With my more recent discussions with Michael, I pretty sure that it will be DLC, thru the Trainz Store. (That's assuming Michael & NV3 can agree to a fair commercial agreement, that both parties are happy with).

M3 has been a 10+ year labour of luv for Michael, so I'm pretty sure you'll understand that he will want to be fairly rewarded, for all his hard effort. (on average, atleast 50 to 70+ hours per week). Assuming it becomes DLC, I hope that Michael still retains the right to be able to sell M3 thru his web site, if he feels he wants or needs too...

As to the price, Michael has never discussed a "price point" with me, so I have no idea what the price maybe. Having got so much enjoyment from "modifying" M2 over the last 19 years (since 2006) and seeing just how good M3 is, I know whatever price point he/they choose, I'm sure it's still going to be absolutely great value...

Cheers, Mac...

I'll have no problem paying whatever he wants. I go back to his original textures set and Cliffs and Rivers splines set for TRS2004. The original Murchison Logging route from the DLS that use those items of payware was my go to route in TRS2004 and I still enjoy running it in even today.
