How do I download BR 9F Evening Star & Black Prince (and others)

Hi!

I recently subscribed to Trainz Gold Plus and my assumption was that I should be able to purchase or download for free the "BR 9F Evening Star & Black Prince", "Tornado - The A1 Steam Locomotive", & "Amtrak Superliners".

After a lot of digging around I cannot find them anywhere in the content store in Trainz 22 and there is no way to me to actually purchase them on the website, where am I going wrong?

1124 for LNER Peppercorn Class A1 60163 Tornado
1187 for Amtrak Superliners
1267 for BR 9F Evening Star & Black Prince
