How do I buy Treez?

Although when I bought Murchison 2 add-on, the Treez offer was apparently still valid, I have not had any notification about downloading Treez. If the offer was no longer valid, how do I buy Treez, there does not appear to a purchase point on the web site.

If you pre-ordered the add-on with the offer of "Free Treez" then raise a ticket with the Helpdesk and Zec will email you with a download link and product key.

One or two people have had this problem. Admin hiccup one thinks......

Hi Peter
If you purchased Murchison prior to the 17th of October, then you should have received the Treez pack. However, some people did see an issue with the email, or didn't get the email. If this is the case, please send a ticket to the helpdesk and we'll look into it for you.
