It depends on which department you sent it to, as the different departments have different response times.

no i have not yet activated the first class ticket cuz i made a account on http://www.simulatorcentral.com and i bought the first class ticket i see it but now i have one account that has trainz sim 12 and the other account has first class ticket

Okay, that's the kind of mistake only the help desk can fix. Assuming normal business hours opening at 9AM, should be about 2 more hours before they plug in the coffeemaker and trip over the extension cord that makes the download station go offline.
:hehe: Check your email occasionally but keep in mind that they answer tickets in order, if there's a backlog it could take 2 or 3 days before you get a response.

We aim to reply to tickets within 24-48 hours, however in some cases where we might get a large number of tickets, we may take up to 5 business days to reply to your ticket. At this time, though, we are currently looking at about 24-48 hours for new tickets :)
