hey guys how long dose it take for auran to look at my Ticket

Activated a FCT yesterday and for a few hours after the speeds were extremely slow... but then speeds really picked up only to be hit with that 100MB cap. As of now the 100MB cap is still in place despite the 1 year ticket i activated. Did get a message from the helpdesk today that they will look into it, and even add some more time on for my troubles. Now if we can just fix that "check firewall/proxy settings issue" lol.
 
They just need a different error message is all.

"Unable to connect to download station. It's probably on our end, it usually is. But if it doesn't work in a couple hours, check the forums to see if the DLS is broken. If nobody else has the same problem at the moment, then there's a remote possibility it COULD be on your end, check your firewall and proxy settings."
