HelpDesk's Customer Service

I sent the HelpDesk (all inquiries with Auran referred me back to the HelpDesk) approximately eight messages over the past week, asking Auran to change my Trainz2009 order from a digital download to the DVD version, which had been either ordered inadvertently or there was an error in the processing of the order.

:n: HelpDesk answered the first two messages, but made no attempt to find a satisfactory solution to my request.

I have paid the money, all I request is that the DVD version of Trainz 2009 be sent to me in lieu of the download version, which I have made no attempt to access.

:n: My other messages have not been replied as of the time of writing this thread.

:n: This poor customer service has left a sour taste in the mouth of this Trainz fan.

Why not just burn it to a DVD? Same end result.
