Helpdesk Question

Hi, I submitted a ticket to the helpdesk and it says it was closed and resolved but I can't view the ticket.

You should be able to - click Helpdesk above, then login, then View Tickets, then the name of the ticket you want to view.

Hi Shane, I'm already logged in, there dosen't seem to be any content relating to the ticket and for some reason it's marked as closed.

That was the problem, I didn't click the title I was trying to click the ID first. Thanks for the help, it's greatly appreciated!
