Typeform?

I tried to report a problem via the HelpDesk with no luck. I saw no alternative to the HelpDesk.
Thanks to a knowledgeable Trainzer I was given a link to program which is a front-end to a help desk.
Only that link gives me access to the Trainz/Typeform account. Is there some Trainz formal
published description and link to this trouble reporting procedure?
