HELP!!!!

I downloaded Trainz 2009 on one laptop and it crashed, I lost EVERYTHING. None of my stuff was back up, I now have a new computer and would like to get my game back, i still have my origonal Serial Number written down. i have looked under my profile purchase history and download history its not there. Is there a way to redownload the game with my origonal serial without paying for it again. If anyone knows how to help me, I REALLY NEED IT!!!

Log in using the user name you had when you bought it. It should come up then.
At least you have the serial number, well done.

I did log in with the same user name and it is no where to be found. I have no idea if there is another user name I could have possibly used but i have no idea and I am rather sad I cannot play on my trainz simulator!
