I tested it and it's the station that is occuring. I'm using stations from TRS2006. They worked in T:ANE SP4 just fine a couple days ago and now all of a sudden they don't. I've reverted the AJS to original, it still doesn't work.

I would try a totally different station such as one of the new ones from Dave Snow or MSGSAPPER because they use modern scripting. It could be that the old stations with TRS2006 era scripts are getting a bit long in the tooth now. Andi unfortunately passed away and never had the opportunity to update his assets.
Well, I downloaded LM3D's Renfe 447 and 450 EMUs and they worked perfectly until recently when the bug came into place. My hypothesis is that the coaches from spaintrainzrutas corrupted the station's functionality.
