help with download station

I posterd a thread today asking for help with a problem I had downloading from download station. my problem was when I tried to download all I got was a message saying error unable to contact download station. I now have some more information. When I log on to download station I get directed to my profile page, planet auran edit account. This did not happen when I logged on as normal, it has only happend today, can anybody please help, as I am not able to download any content. I would be grateful for any help I can get. Thank you.

Hi Mallard2007,
I just tryed the DLS tab and they want to update everybodies details if you are happy with your details just press save at the bottom. then log in oto the DLS.

Did what you, said checked my profile and then pressed save at the bottom of page, got message your profile was successfully updated, went to download station and was still directed back to my profile again. Could not download so back to square one. Thanks for your help.

if your on cable ,make sure you give cmp acess to teh net from your firewall

Hi Mallard, yes it did the same to me, but if you click the Download station tag at the top of the profile screen it sends you to, it should put you onto the DLS, don't forget to sign in no the Auran page though.
