Gumbytrain's 44 Tonner

Hello,

I have reskinned gumbytrain's 44 tonner but I have seen that he left Trainz some time ago. With that being said, does anybody know what the license/guidelines are for releasing reskins of his content? This would be very helpful because I have several skins that I would like to release.

In any case, you must inform the author about release, or see what is written in the config.txt of its locomotive (tag's License).

I have looked in quite a few places but have not been able to find anything about contacting Mark or even what the license is. The closest thing I have been able to find is that we can freely reskin and release the cabview.

I have run across a few of his engines before and his undecorated RS3 is on N8phu's website, The Erecting Hall. Under that one it says "You may reskin this engine to your heart's content, just remember to give credit to Gumbytrain for the original." I'm not sure about the 44 tonner but the RS3 and S4 both include this in the description on the webpage. Ask N8phu about it. I'm sure he'll know something of what you are looking for.
