Correct, Correct and partly correct.

Sierra No. 3 was used in Back To The Future part III as No.131. That is what I am making. I have three other versions of the loco: Green smoke, Yellow smoke and Red smoke/On Fire.

Sierra Railroad #3 is a Rogers 4-6-0 (ten wheeler) also used in Petticoat Junction as C&FW railroad #3 and in shows as Casey Jones named as the Midwest and Central Railroad just saying if you want to make it like the one in the movie are shows going to have to move the rear driver back a few feet i thank you for doing this iv been wanting a rogers for a long time to make a C&FW

I'm not creating one, but I am reskinning this loco (American 10) into the loco from BTTF 3. It will not be totally accurate, but this is the closest model I could find. Wait a bit and I will have pictures and a thread.
