That one was a fluke. There were 2 designs of that loco. The original was an Ivatt design and during the 50's BR built some more which were slightly different. Some went for the tender versions.
Anyway, as is my custom, I'm passing this turn over to the next dibs.

ATSF GE C30-7. It has to be a C series GE for it to have that bogie
That is clearly a GE Bogie because it only has one hole in the side-frame in between each end axle. EMD bogies have 3 in between each end axle on their side-frames. Plus the bar at the top. Also, look at the mounts. That is GE. If it is an EMD, somebody built that bogie wrong or has the wrong bogie on it lol.

It is a UP C40-8W in the old livery. Not sure whether it was SpOrbust's or not. matps, 2 days until it is passed to dibs

The First two are simple, but i will leave a hint: the number and railway will give some clue as to the Wheel arrangement (Provided you know a little about the railway and the types of engines they owned...and their corresponding numbers) and the wheel arrangement should give you the creator.

Read rule #4:
4 If the guess has lasted longer than 4 days without a guess the Guess goes to "Dibz"
