Close, but that is ALCO's Canadian cousin, Montreal Locomotive Works (MLW).

That would be a MLW S-13.

By the way, would you mind downgrading that to TRS2006? I'm a sucker for Canadian prototypes. I'm still waiting for someone to do GE's step into Canadian, the Dash 8-40CM.

Also, have a look at this! It is NOT a submission, I just wanted to show a picture of a real MLW S-13 working.
