gs4449's 4449 violation?

So I found out that gs4449's GS-4 4449 was removed from the download station. This is what it says: "This content has been removed from the Download Station due to a terms of service violation." I hope gs4449 brings it back up, I really want it.

The content in question was uploaded to the download station without permission from the original author (the original item being a 'beta' version of a work in progress by another creator).
