I think the steamlocomotive is froms Ben Neal's site where as the pass. cars appear to be a reskin of Zec's South Australian cars...

The loco is Bdneal's Decapod, and yes the coaches are reskins of the australian coaches on the dls. The tower and station are all also on the dls.

Uh NYC I think that is a WM 2-8-2 because I noticed a one axel trailing truck and the locomotive is from trainzPA.

It's a reskin of. Bdneal's generic light 2-8-2. It's on the dls.

Marls PRR K4 is NOT payware. In fact, it was never released past the beta stage. I have his permission to distribute the model to who ever asks for it. Feel free to PM him yourself for confirmation. So i'd appreciate you all reframe from falsely accusing me of things like that!
