Good News:

I'm very sick and cant go out of my room , so I will be playing Trainz all day.

Bad News:

I dont know how i got it, but i have a very bad stomach flu/ virus. ive thrown up like 8 times...im so sick of it already. does anyone know a remedy to help with the stomach virus? im sipping ginger ale right now, not really doing anything.

please respond, because I really dont wanna be sick.
 
Ginger Ale, flat 7Up, (or Sprite, if you prefer) Chicken Noodle Soup with toast and butter, a nearby garbage can just in case...and time. I had it so bad a few weeks ago I thought I was going to turn inside out! Oh, yeah...Spearmint tea with honey! Good luck to you!:wave:

For a stomach bug keep hydrated (drink fluids) that are low in sodium. No idea about that so call it water. bottled if you don't trust your tap water.
Food, low fibre foods, rice, toast and bananas.
Basically stay just above starvation to clear the system.
 
Strawberry jam (jelly).

Like most other suggestions so far it won't cure the problem, it'll just make it taste better when it comes back up.

I suggest you talk to a medic and get some professional advice if it carries on for much longer.
 
This is a Trainz forum. If you want medical advice, I'd suggest a visit to your doctor. In the meantime, eat light foods that are neutral pH (such as toast), and stay away from fizzy beverages or anything with complex ingredients. Restrict yourself to water, hot tea, and broth for hydration until this thing clears away. As you start to feel better, you can slowly add heavier, more complex foods back into your diet until you return to 100%.

If conditions do not improve, then's the time to seek medical attention (9-1-1 or your home country's equivalent, if necessary).
 
Get baking soda and mix in a glass of water. Warm it. Then take a tea spoon every 10 or 15 minutes. If vomiting is produced by spams in the stomach, it should stop it. Vomiting produced by other causes.. see a doctor. Good luck.
 
Lots of water, (not juice, nor coffee, nor tea which are diaretics).

Good News: I finally got TS10 installed and patched to 44088 on a sata external hard drive .

Bad News: On my GF integrated graphics laptop it displays 0.7 FPS lol :hehe:

Have to test it out on my desktop PC, or install it on the desktop PC C Drive:D
 
thanks guys. i have been sipping black tea straight and ginger ale all day. for some reason, when i drink water, i puke. but with the tea and ginger ale im ok. im feeling better little by little, but am still nauseous.

A good cure is staying off the internet, especially staying off "Trainz" forums and getting some bed rest. :sleep: Know that the world knows your crook, may I suggest you give Dr Phil a call! Maybe he can prescribe something for you... :hehe:

Next time I have a hangover, I'll be sure to let all the Trainz's community know. I'll ask for some sympathy & see if anyone has a cure... (if everyone posted on this forum that they are crook, when they are crook, 90% of the posts on this Trainz forum would be about crook people)... :wave:

Glad to hear it, thanks for the report! I was having sympathetic gut pains for you last night, and was quite uncomfortable. Either that, or I have to stay away from that "Fiber One" stuff! "Super Colon Blow" indeed!:eek:

Ginger's good, just try not to eat food b/c the bacteria will feed off it and make it worse. Lots of fluid is the way to go dude, lots of fizzy pop. Try n stay snuggly and watch the scenery go by:D

Toast is good when you feel a bit better, and personally I find I can keep sausages down at this stage.....G/L ;)

Edit : Didn't see last post on page 1, glad to hear yer gettin' better !
 
Be very careful fellow Trainzers, this thread is contagious!!! After reading the initial post, I wanted to puke.
