GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Not In-Game as of yet, guys. That is a OpenGL Render, but should be close to In-Game. Got to much work to do on it before I even get to that stage.

This is a completely new concept on design and mesh creation / texture creation / details, thus alot of trial by fire.
I can not garuntee the final outcome, but my goal is clear and hope I achieve it. Time will decide this among other things out of my control.
Don't ask if/when it will be released. Honestly, I do not know. There is great payware I wish I could have, but can't and I am putting just as much effort into this as that payware I truly like.

Fixed The Summer Version (Texture Redesign and 3DMax Changes) - Down to 5,000 polys.

Most work I have every put into one tree. Believe Me, I think making engines may be easier.

Amazing looking tree mcguirel. It looks so real. What speices is it?
And I am sure it is much harder to make a tree than an engine - I am making an engine but I don't even know where to start if I would make a tree.. :)

This new way of making SpeedTree with alot of trials is working out well.
I really like the results so far. Hope it caries over to In-Game.

Here is an update with one tested In-Game.

There is a setting or settings I am using that seems to not transfer into the game thus the appearance changes. I also realized 3DMax Lighting issues exist, and unsure how to resolve those. Alot of work and In-Game results less than stellar. Nothing I can do to change it, and due to the appearance not working further on these new techniques.

These results are forcing me back to compatibility mode for good. Just not happy with SpeedTrees as they currently stand In-Game and refuse to use other content like mine.
Nothing against the creator, just why use it when I can make it, but something I am doing is not transferring to In-Game Results.
