It was not a large amount of work, the textures are right there is a lot harder.
The first is just a test with textures. This is not the final result.

Another example of your skill in getting more into Trainz than most people. On this one, it took me a moment to figure out what it was that was bothering me and then it hit me, the building is too clean. Now I'm sure that the building cleaners are a diligent group but can even they keep up with the dirt and grim that is constantly being deposited? They must have a vested interest in this building, perhaps their headquarters?

@iceman: great little building that will fit in almost any North European and US/Canadian setting. The texturing is spot on (as always) I would go for a smaller brick size though. Northern European brick tend to be 10 - 12 by 6 - 8 bricks pr. square meter - (medieaval bricks slightly lower as they were about a half size larger.)
