GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Ah yes the Jawn Henry! I heard that the engineer and conductor that tested it only found one thing wrong with it. N&W put on a diesel horn instead of a steam whistle on it and the crew said, "Fix the damn whistle!"

Paused work on the Alco 2-10-2 for this little lady.

Thank you trainman7616, you are know working on my true train love! I count down the days until I get to see 630 and 4501 at TVRM , this is truly an engine we need in trainz!!! Love the pilot/cow catcher and curved handrails, one thing from my memory of my good times with 630 is that the curved smokebox door handle below the headlight connects to the boiler side handles by the marker lights, I noticed she has her older round numbered plate, is this a 1970s/1980s depiction before 2010 square number version, and did trainboi1 forward you my Ks-2-8-0 builders plans for 630/722?

Yes, N & W Jawn Henry!

The legendary and unique JH!

Personally, I'd rather see Pennsylvania Railroad's S2 6-8-6 turbine. I think it was the closest steam came to challenging diesel. Also, it bypassed the problems with locomotives like the Jawn Henry by connecting the turbines directly to the drive wheels, while the Jawn Henry faced the problem of coal dust and water getting into the traction motors.
Also, here's a video of the S2. Sorry, but so far I can't find a video with the sound.

The S2 was still horribly inefficient at low speeds, using the same amount of fuel at 5mph as it did at 70mph. It was also extremely unreliable and was prone to frequent breakdowns.

if anyone wants to make the S2 i have drawings

Here is a Robert J. Duncan photo of 630. He gave this picture to me as I was on 630 that day, in this shot out of view on the fireman's side. Note the curved front smokebox handrail and how it connects to the boiler top one and the post 2010 block number plate. Love the progress so far and so happy to see 630 in trainz, she will be perfect on my new TVRM route. Sorry for such a large shot.

P.S. trainman7616 if you need any info about 630 or any designs if you don't yet have mine fowarded, let me know, I know a lot about her.

Oh it looks so beautiful, I should get a proper bell recording ready for her, with the perfectly timed automatic ring. Looks just like her present appearance! The only model of any steam engine in the world I truly love and can not wait to see her progress !

Oh, okay,a truly five star job! I take it you have my plans for the southern gear and valves with other engine measurements.

Wow (is that the old tender, or the current ex-4501 tender) and WT51 too, just wondering do you plan to allow it to eventually be reskinned (such as to identical green sister 722)?

Saturnr

I have no plans for 722. As of right now I have no actual clue which version on 630's tender I built. Pretty sure I decided to model the current one aswell as the aux tender.
