Remodeling Ben Neals USRA into an Alco. So far I rebuilt the smokebox, headlight, markerlights, plow/pilot, smoke stack, piston caps, and coupler. Next are the number boards, sand domes and pipes.

Nice! Trainz needs some more ALCo steam. It's make certain reskinners happy, i bet. I just hope it doesn't have as many problems as the Frisco did.

If only Steamtown could make it run again. That'd be nice, considering all of their regular steamers are in for repairs. Only the old Nickel Plate GP9 is left. I think it'd make a nice addition to the excursion roster!

Well, once I get my site settled and get a MediaFire account (which will probably be in the new year), you can run it! It will have synchronized smoke, sounds and special IC Steamboat 3 Chime whistle! I just need to fix the 7 on the tender.

Frisco 1522 needs reworked a tad bit but everything on the engine is basically done. The tenders need a major over haul.
But this model is Bens 2-10-2. I forgot to specify. Its going to be based on Ex- Pere Marquette Alco 2-10-2 redone into C&O. I will eventually add ARN to it.

I love IC steamboat whistles, if you need any good quality sound, TVRM 630 had one a few years back and there are several good videos under 630 and steamboat in search bar.
I think steamtown should restore this too. Can't wait for the model!

Not to be a gimme pig, but watemple do you think you could send me the steamboat whistle, It would be great on my "630" which is actually just 4501 without rear trailing truck and right now it has a Southern 6 chime, the closest in trainz to the Central of Georgia 6 she currently has. I have tried to make whistles several times before, but they only sound in the cab!

Have you checked to make sure they're mono sound files and not stereo? Stereo samples will do that.

I'll keep that in mind deadpool. I been thinking about doing Hank, only problem would be the wheels as the animations for the valve's I havn't figured out just yet/
