Nearing completion, sanding lever is done, injectors are shifted forward to accommodate reality, firebox stays carved into firebox, bell and whistle cords completed, waterglass filled, the lubricators are complete, and the large central console is tilted realistically toward the engineer. I didn't tilt the waterglass towards the fireman, however, as it looked a bit odd, and would be harder to read in game.

Good job Peter! However, just a few things I want to ask...

I do not know if it's just the angle but it looks like the nose is slightly curved...?

Thanks!

They are on the real ones, when I originally made that model I tried to cheat and made the nose flat. I've had to go back in and rework the nose a bit (found an issue) and have re-added the curve. It's still being adjusted at the moment.

4 hours of work later...

Also those trucks are really cool peter!

Yours are looking good as well!

I'm trying not to flood this thread with WIP pictures of really the same thing. But since I keep getting complimented on it I feel like I should post an update. Here they are with some rough textures on them.

The slight noise on the trucks (presumably a byproduct of baking), either intentional or otherwise, looks really good and you should keep it Peter.
