GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Do you have a duplicate copy of your object, maybe hidden from view but still set to render (the camera icon in the outliner window)?

That is very much possible. I`ll see if that`s the case.

EDIT: No. Its not that. I`ll figure it out eventualy.

The effect you're getting is typical of what happens when identical geometry occupies the same space- it's as if Blender isn't sure whether each face is exposed to light or hidden behind another face. Another possibility is that you've duplicated the entire geometry of the model at some point- try a 'remove doubles' in edit mode (although note that this can mess up any edge splits, so keep a back up copy somewhere).

Not much new, but here is another shot.

G'day matruck,

...indeed, Mick, I will endorse trainfan2017's sentiment, you have an excellent model on your hands, there, even though it is far too modern for my liking. Nonetheless, I am sure there will be many others here in "Oz" who will find a use for it (will we see it via Victrainz?)...

Thank's Garry if i can get it to a standard i am happy with mate there's only one place this will go and that's straight to The Poolroom over at JointedRail.
Cheers Mick.

Austin sure does have a nice AC60 going on. I'm curious to see some textures.

BTW, nick that scene looks really cool. Rather interesting concept.

G'day nicky9499,

...to quote someone 1/4 of my age, Nick...

..."...that's awesome, dude..."...

...but I do have one question for you...

...is that the world's smallest turntable or one very, very big "motherboard"?...

G'day to you too Jerker. It's part of a very large school project that I just wrapped up today. The idea was to create an interactive world where the lines between fantasy and reality are blurred. Lighting was tedious but very fun. Turntable is a recycled asset from an earlier project, fit my requirements so I brought it in.

Cheerio,
