I recently received this helpful notice from the Helpdesk. It addresses a problem of TANE purchased in the Mac AppStore not being recognized by TRS19. Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat, but if you are, then a ticket to the Helpdesk will resolve the problem. See below:
"Good Morning Al
My apologies; I did not realise you had the AppStore edition of TANE. Unfortunately, at the current time, it appears that our system is not adding the access for the TANE built-in content from the TANE AppStore edition.
I have entered a task into our system for our team to look into this in the near year, so as to ensure this is added automatically. In the mean time, I have manually allocated the TANE built-in content packs to your account."
