For a couple of days now, logging into the game takes about 2 minutes, support.trainzportal also opens slowly or does not open at all.
In the launcher it is indicated - Validating... If click on this, it indicates that the login is successful. The same thing with TRS19:



There have been no recent changes in the system. My connection is fine too:

There are a number of factors that can cause this.
Open an PowerShell Admin terminal and try tracert to check the number of hops.

There could be a network somewhere between where you are located and where the AWS server is located in the US.
