Hi there this is my first post, does anyone know how to get intouch with phil_c has I have not received a reply to the order I sent. I know he is very busy working, maybe I used the wrong e-mail address.

Judging by previous threads on another forum. He seems to take ages to respond and send the files. Sadly I don't know how to get in touch with him but I figured you would feel better knowing that a wait isn't unheard of when ordering his content

I'm guessing that's where he got phil's email address from.
Try asking him using the contact form on there.

There is a difference between a few days and a few weeks. It only takes a matter of minutes to send it out. A few days is OK, a few weeks is OK sometimes (holiday etc) but when it's regular it makes you wonder whether he really cares about his customers- after all, they are paying him so I don't see why they should have to wait weeks for him even to respond.

Actually I was waiting for Outback to get back to me. You see Outback purchased the same locomotive twice. He opened a ticket asking where his links were and I replied to it asking what he wanted to do, whether he wanted a refund for one or to select another loco. He never replied to the ticket but sent another message asking about where his links were so I sent out one order yesterday.

Outback please let me know what you want to do in regards to the second purchase.

somethings not right

Hi Phil_C

Outback here I typed my Username with a lower case 'o' instead of an upper case 'O' in the security system panel of Dash purchase page on the 17August, that is why I sent you the e-mails to see if the error be corrected. I reordered the same locomotive on the 19August using the 'O' at the start of Outback instead of 'o'.

Up to this moment I have not received any e-mails from you at all, even though I am receiving other e-mails. Must be something wrong some place.

Capitals do not matter as the Gatekeeper converts them to lowercase anyway.
It is possible that your ISP is blocking emails from World of Trainz possibly due to the links. Do you have an alternate email address I can send the links to?
