Fictional Engine/Railcar Pics

Post your pics of any fictional Engines or railcars you may have. These may be reskins or models that are yours. Think of them as a "Could Be" model that could exist in the real world but is completely fictional (Just letting your imagination take control of you) or based off a certain Loco/ Railcar (Ex: Such as what I did with a F40PH)

Example: Engine that is modified with a pantograph, new cab design, more exterior details, or anything else that changes it visually.

There is no need for dynamic brake grids and fans on an electric as the electricity generated would just go back into the overhead.

A video of my fictitious streamlined N&W 2-8-4 "Norfolk" class steam locomotive No. 2004 (a reference to TRS2004, the edition of Trainz in use when the model was created.) ;)

OK, this is an interesting thread. Would anyone remember, or know of a site that had the plans of conception or papoose engines? I have been trying to find the plans or artist rendition or concept of a Boxcab for fright for US rails of the late 60 to 70 . As I recall, looked like a GE concept. Not the Ace 3000;)

Well what happened in Australia, the energy created by a loaded coal train heading down the hill was more than what was required by a passenger EMU coming up the hill and keep tripping out the sub stations due to system overload. Oh regenerative breaking creates heat to
Still no need for it. You're just wasting electricity turning it into heat when it could go back into the wires.

28th March 2015

Description
The 39 class was a one off built during the second world war.

It was build to move heavy coal trains over the steeply graded Blayney Harden line – not a lot of information on this unit is recorded since it was paid for directly from funds of the British Ministry of Defence and there are no NSW records of it being built or its operations. After the conclusion of the war the MOD moved it into safe storage in the UK in case of emergency but in the late 60's the MOD having no other use for it, us ...Read More

Description
APC D1 was built in 1955 for use by the Portland Cement Company at Fyansford. It was numbered D1 and differed from the other 1st series locomotives in being equipped with dynamic braking and 3’ 6’’ (1,067mm) gauge bogies.

It was purchased by Victorian Railways in 1967, re-gauged to 5’ 3” (1,600 mm) and re-number to T413. The locomotive was based in Wodonga and used mainly on the Cudgewa line where the dynamic braking was helpful on the low speed line with continuous gradients of 1 in 30 and 1 i ...Read More
