I've a feeling this should have been in Suggestion Boxcar, however:

1.That may happen, but in most cases the restriction for English names only will still apply in most cases.
2.The amount it uses depends on how much work it needs to do, although it does use quite a bit of memory at times.
3.You will need to explain what you mean with this one.
