i implore you to either request a refund for the downtime that you are/were unable to access the DLS and/or request a full refund as you are entitled to in many countried (check you're local laws to confirm) this company is only here to take your money and will not provide support or even the services supposedly provided by a FCT which you pay for.
i accept that server outages happen but with every reasonable company these are few and far between but this company dose not seem to be able to do anything except let members from the community help with issues and if you put a support ticket in for whatever the reason you are in the wrong.

as for the product description i will go into that if needed however i hope people know just from that they have been lied to from the start.

good day

OMG drama. Lets all sue N3V as well because that'll help their servers, WHICH they don't even MAINTAIN, and which is completely out of their hands

I must disagree with your statements. N3V rent their servers from another company, which makes it harder to be able to do anything about it if something does go wrong.

I've heard of ambulance chasing, ..........but.....
In the navy, we would have labeled the Op a 'messdeck lawyer'.
Give it a rest - I doubt you are using your FCT 24/7. So any downtime is not going to impact your user requirements. You still manage to do what you wish to do and what you paid for.
Where is the case?

Dude, did you just jump off the tracks or break a coupler? Relax, you are way out of line. Even Microsoft, Facebook, and Google have issues from time to time. Get over your self. In all the time I have used it, I only recently had a problem for 30 minutes. Not enough to cash all my chips in.

I understand His frustration ,I am a 1st class ticket holder, but ask your self a Question, Am I downloading 24/7 Or Does this happen Just at the time I go to get Content? The times they are down or having issues Is Normal. So MAN UP ,Adapt ,recover and Get a grip!

Assuming that the DLS was down for a full 24 hours, that is $0.0684657534/day at the one-year rate. Assuming you were CONTINUOUSLY downloading (or trying to) for an entire 24 hour period, where should I send you the 7 cents so we can have some peace from whining like this????? GROW UP!!!!!

Or wait- personal injury lawyers work on a contingency basis: Let us know how it goes with him when you sue for your 7 cents so that he can collect his 3.5 cent fee for his work.

Another point of view is that, buying an FCT allows you to have:
1. high speed downloads,
2. unlimited downloads.
I don't remember seeing a third option, being 24/7 access.
