Experimentation - The Road To No Where....

Well it feels like that most of the time anyways especially now. :hehe:
Just recently I have been experimenting (uh oh) with FSF textures. Specificly his US version ones. These textures in TS2009 look amazing, as you can see below.

Now when I first started working with these textures I thought oh boy these will make great mountain textures based off the east coast...well now I don't think so.

It looks more west coast desert like. So the hunt continues for some textures to make a nice looking US East coast mountain terrain. My mountain/valley making idea did work however. Don't you agree?

Looking good there, Adam. You're right, those textures do look great, especially with those speedtree animated trees. Looking forward to seeing more of these shots in the USA thread!

Cam, those are not speedtree treez. They are JVC TS2009 native mode treez.

I still need to tweak the textures a little bit with brightness/contrast but over all making the textures darker really gave the effect I wanted, a nice looking northeastern fall look.
