ERROR: RENDERER INITIALIZATION HAS FAILED (TANE)

I need help so much.. It doesn't run because it gives me error.. It also says to open the Developer to show logs for further details... WHAT DOES IT MEAN?? Is there someone who helps me, please!!

But...my Directx is version 11.. Directx required for TANE is 11.. !

Also because since today i've played with Trainz 2006..

The requirement is not that DX11 is installed, your card needs to support it in hardware.

To elaborate on what Paul has said, your graphics card must support DirectX 11. It doesn't matter whether you have DirectX 11 files actually installed on your system.

In order to advise further, you will need to post your computer specifications including the make and model of the graphics card.
