Whoa

Can't stand it Dermmy. I hope my computer can handle all those trees. I really enjoy EK 2. I've been through that part of the country. In fact we toured a place that had a tipple just like the ones in EK 2 Looking forward to getting the route.:udrool:

Great Route

Impressive work. I've been through there at least once in my life and I must admit that it's very accurate in terms of well...everything. The track seems to just come alive in your screen shots as a CSX freight appears in it. I think CSX runs an office car special along that line with EMD F40PH passenger diesel locomotives along the main line. I have one question, though. Isn't that former Louisville and Nashville trackage or did that belong to the Southern Railway? But, back to what I was saying, when I wen to the line, I was able to catch as many as 6 CSX trains in one day. Don't ask me why, I don't really know why I was so lucky. I enjoy watching this great route get better and better and I can't wait to download this great freight route. I will finally be able to drive trains along a railroad line, where I have been before in my younger years.
Keep up the great work,

P.S. If only Louisville and Nashville 152 was steaming up, she could possibly take an excursion along the line with a cut of ex-L&N steel heavyweight passenger cars with an Amtrak P42 on the rear to pull the 152 back. I forgot a question I wanted to ask ya, so I'll just put it down here. Does Amtrak serve the main line with intercity passenger service and if not there, how far is the nearest Amtrak service? Anyway, at least the route is swell and it makes me get my railroad appetite bigger and bigger for such an amazing route.
Keep up the good work,

Thanks guys!

Sorry, no Amtrak and no idea where the nearest would be, but certainly not out near the Stoker loadout at Vicco on the Carrs Fork Branch...

Hi Andy,

Can't believe I've overlooked this thread all this time. Coincidently I've been very much enjoying your EK2 version lately and it's impressive the amount of detail you've added to an upcoming, I hope :hehe:, third version.

Greetings from nighttime Amsterdam,

Jan
