Downloading warning on DLS - Couldn't obtain download url ?

Hello,

Occasionally, I'm getting the warning on the DLS - Couldn't obtain download url -Item can not be found on the download station.

What do you do when you get this warning - contact the creator of the asset? or create a helpdesk ticket?

This time the warning is about Frogpipe's FP - Caternary Gauge kuid 204652:100939

What build are you currently running? Some assets will only download into TS12 SP1.

Thank you for your reply. I'm busy within TS 10 ( build 49933 ).

I will try it out within my TS12 - test version. Be Back soon.

OK - bear in mind though that some content will only work in TS12 or even TS12 SP1.

Ok - thank you for the extra info.

Meanwhile - I went to TS12 build 58414 - I could download Frogpipe's FP - Caternary Gauge kuid 204652:100939 . Saved it. I went back to TS 10 - installed it - changed the buildnr from 3.4 to 3.3 in config.txt

And :clap:- it works.

Hi Kurt,

You'll be able to do that with some assets, however, others have other tags and containers, as well as scripts, that will not work when back versioned. Let's say you were lucky on this one.
