Download station, server full

I have been trying to download from download station all day. I keep getting this message, unable to download the server appears to be full, please try again later. I have a first class ticket, so I should be able to download, has anybody else had the same problem.

I was downloading okey yesterday, it has only started today, if anybody has any information about this problem, or can help I would be very grateful.

Ok yesterday, down today. Rumor has it, that Auran/NV3 is doing this to speed up connection, I've noticed the forum speed has been surpisngly fast latley.

Try reading the announcement page :)

Most connections will open the DLS web page, the CM's and this forum but it looks like the FTP servers are not working, hence the error messages.

I am having the same problem tried changing password and also log on log off
also using the download cart no joy anyone else got any suggestions:(

Yeah as I stated above, Try reading the announcement page and wait till its back up :)
 
Come on guy's get real, this situation is because of people rushing to get everything the can from the DLS before the fall of the axe. Then after they axe all 04 and 06 users etc they will say what a wonderful job they did on their servers.

Is this why all of a sudden CMP is telling me I have used my 100MB limit for the past 2 days, when I haven't d/l'd anything? And because I am missing dependencies for some grade crossings by bnsf50, but search DLS and only five items show up, none of them any of the dozens of grade xings he made!:( :( :( :(

Yes, I also have been having trouble downloading and I get the same message.

I am having trouble as well so I guess it has nothing to do with my particular setup. The community as a whole has had trouble with issues like this. I realize nothing is perfect but when people pay for a service they should get the service they pay for. Once in a while the when service goes down ----forgivable---but as often as this has happened I think its time for Auran to apollogize and perhaps give an extension to the download tickets people have paid for.
 
It was mentioned in the last newsletter and also on the forum here that they are updating the servers, you cannot keep them live while moving huge amounts of data from one server to another?:eek:

Come the 12th, you will have to find something else to moan about...

Go for a walk and get some fresh air, its a nice day out there, I did and I washed the car and the front yard, had a chat with the guy next door and found out his name is Al, been neighbours for 10 years :)

Tom,

It maybe that the server is in fact busy. I've had the message periodically today, and I finally got in and downloaded a few items I has looking for. The connection to Planet Auran server was also very slow, by the way and I couldn't get in there initially.

All I can say is keep trying.
