Download help

Hi, im new to trainz and need help downloading stuff from the download stations.
When i choose a train i click download pack then download helper says logging in but then says downloading assets then it says "Error : You do not have access to this content"
can anyone please help me ?

Have you registered your game serial No. with Auran & recieved your KUID No. ?

I have now registered my serial number, where can i see my KUID number ?

Click on Profile at the top of the forum, log in with forum ID and password, when new page loads, choose "Your User ID" from menu on left.

ah now i downloaded 2 tube trains perfectely, but now when i try download another train it says the webpage cannot be displayed....

What is the kuid of the train you can't download ?

Er it happening with routes scenery and everything, i cant download anything from DLS, i click download (helper) and it keeps saying the webpage cannot be displayed...

The Helper sucks, point blank.
I recommend using the FTP Link option, I always use it and it works perfect everytime.
Just go into Recent Items on your PC and the download will be displayed, it will open content manager, then go from there.

when content dispatcher comes up it asks for a path to extract to so where do i extract ?

Direct it to extract the files to the folder the rest of your content is in, in the Program Files/ Games/ Auran tree. You haven't yet mentioned which version you use.

Re Error : You do not have access to this content this means you have tried to download content for TRS2006 or above You are only allowed to download TRS2004 UTC or Trainz 1.3 content
Re downloding FTP if you do this you will have to save the files in the form of CDPs to a folder on your PC then you double left click to open them
If you have a cdp you double left click on it and the content dispatcher opens click on the yes tab another page opens click on the extract tab the file will now be extracted into 04.
