Do you get a code when you order a First Class Ticket?

I have bought a ticket and I can not seem to find any information on the ticket, no number, nothing. I got an Email but it doesn't have an activation code in it. How do you activate one? There is nothing called "Your Tickets" in my "My Trainz" account under "Download Tickets".
 
That's where it will appear once it's available (under First Class Tickets at the bottom of that page). Depending on the method you use, it can take a few minutes from experience.

If it hasn't appeared under Download Tickets > First Class Tickets within the next few hours or so, you need to contact N3V's Helpdesk.

Just in case, you did order it under your Trainz username? otherwise it will never show on your Trainz account.

I found out what happened, my mom bought me TS12 for Christmas but she made another account on Simulator Central and apparently it made another everything (My Trainz, ECT.) She bought the First Class Ticket for that one not knowing that I had made my own account along time ago. We are going to see if they can transfer it over to my other account...
