I bought a trainz plus standart subscription for one month in steam, but when I log into my account in the game launcher, the game writes that I do not have a first class ticket. What should I do?

I have everything activated, but still the game does not see my subscription

Which version of Trainz are you using? You need to install the Plus version to use the subscription. Standard Trainz and Plus are now two separate builds.
