Trainz Plus Gold bought on Steam does not appear in my account

Hi,
I've bought the gold version of Trainz Plus for one month from steam. I've logged into my Trainz account from Trainz Plus app yet i still have no access to Download Station (i'm asked for a serial number) and so also don't have access to my First Class Ticket. Thanks for your time. Vicusol

There are no serial numbers anymore. It may be your username and password which should be entered in the settings/MyTrainz on the launch screen.

Hi Vicusol
Due to the way that Steam handles subscriptions, our system cannot detect the subscription directly from Steam; please note that subscriptions on Steam only provide access to the Steam version of Trainz Plus, you will not see the downloads in your MyTrainz account.

To access the DLS, and activate your First Class Ticket, you will need to install TrainzPlus through Steam, then enter your MyTrainz account's username and password into the settings in Trainz. When Trainz logs in, it will automatically activate the First Class Ticket (note, this is shown as 7 days; however it will automatically update as required when Trainz authenticates whilst your subscription is active), and register the TrainzPlus version in your account for DLS access. Note if you have any other versions of Trainz from Steam, you must use the same MyTrainz account as those versions, otherwise it will not register.

First of all, thanks for your reply. I've done what you talk about (connect with my Trainz account from the launch screen (in settings)) but that doesn't work.Sorry if it wasn't clear, i'm french, so my english is a little rude.

I also have purchased trainz 22 PE through steam, my first class ticket is working but when I try nd download weddin for 2022 it tells me that I cant download it because I dont have trainz 2022 registered to my name. So it recognises the FCT but not 2022

You might need to submit a support ticket. Is your login set in the Trainz settings and the simulator is launching OK?

If you bought a monthly subscription to access TRS22 you will need to download the Plus version. TRS22 will not update to a Plus.
There are two versions of weddin, one is 5.5 and will not work on your build. The other is 4.9 and should work fine.
