hi everybody, have'nt been on for a while, and noted that i cant download from the dls, i dont have a frist class ticket, because its was free, do you have to get a ticket now to down load or they trying to fix it, i read a couple of things on it and did not find any thing on it, thanks, i keep looking maybe i miss something,

As you have TS2009 you don't need an FCT to access the DLS, in theory. In practise, the only reliable 'fix' for your (and others) inability to download from the DLS is to purchase an FCT.
