DLS with FCT not working.

Hello All.

Last week I could not access the DLS and therfore invested in a FCT, validated it and with 75 days left. I can still download nothing, even with the FCT. "The Download Server appears to be full, please try again later..." can anyone shed some light on this?

Have you emptied your dwnload cart?? Have you changed your Username and Password, it can be the same

have a look at the threads about the dls there is a trick to do with your password at auran just delete your password then re enter it it does not have to change and you should be good to go worked for me a couple of days ago.

Thanks for prompt reply. No error report. I just "Activate" & then screen reverts to one Auran profile listing vouchers etc.:confused:
 
OK, click on the 'Download Tickets' option and see if 'Activated' appears next to your FCT. If it does not, try clicking Activate again - it may be due to a problem in your web browser (cookie related or something similar)

Silly me - I was using the Order History menu. Have activated now awaiting 24 hr.process etc.
