No issues with the DLS or Speed here, may be more related to problems in the route the data takes to get from the DLS to "your PC" Something which is out of your and N3V's control, may not make any difference but try clearing your DNS cache or change the DNS server. Try Googles or OpenDNS, worked wonders here with my old ISP and DLS download speed.
