derail in surveyor???

i just made a new car, a 30in wheel and tie car. I put it on the track in surveyor and it works fine and then i couple a car to it and the thing derails. Does any body know the problem?

I was not even in driver it is in surveyor, when i make a consist with the car, it derails and when i try to turn the car around so it faces the opposite direction it derails, what i mean by derail is it has a red exclamation mark above it :'(

Your attachments points are probably in the wrong place, wrong order, or wrong orientation.

the a.limback was on the same end as a.bog0 and a.limfront was on the same end as a.bog1.
